Jesus emphasizes the Sovereignty of God in salvation

In this verse, Jesus emphasizes the Sovereignty of God in salvation.

He states that no one can come to Him [Jesus] unless the Father draws them.

It reminds us that our salvation is ultimately dependent on God’s sovereign grace, as He initiates and enables our faith.

Ultimately because, you can do all the morally right things and so seemingly Christian, but GOD saves!
Not you! You can’t do anything to save yourself!
Salvation is 100% GOD’s work and 0% your work.

I know that won’t sit well with some of us unfortunately, but truth hurts most often so yeah.

Swallow it even as it burns.
